Talent Ledger (operated by Streamline Analytics) is a recruitment platform. This notice explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What we collect
Your name and contact details, your resume/CV, and the information in it — work history, skills, qualifications, location and any rate expectations you provide.
Why we collect it
To represent you to prospective employers and match you to suitable roles, and to contact you about opportunities and to keep your profile current.
How your CV is processed
We use an AI service (Anthropic's Claude API) to read your CV and extract structured details (name, contact, skills, summary). Your data is not used to train AI models. A recruiter reviews the extracted details before they are saved.
Storage & security
Your details are stored in a secured database; your original CV is held in private file storage and is only viewable by our authorised consultants inside the platform — it is not publicly accessible.
Who we share it with
When we represent you for a role, we share relevant details with the prospective employer or client. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or correct your information, or to remove it from our system, at any time. Contact your consultant or email us and we'll action it.
Consent
By submitting your details (or by a consultant adding you with your consent) you agree to Talent Ledger storing your information and representing you for roles as described above. You can withdraw consent at any time.
